US Military Veterans History & Monuments Tour


Join us for our newest tour and our uniquely Unscripted approach to DC's classic monuments. Your three tour begins at our Welcome Center in Penn Quarter and stops at the Navy Memorial and Visitors Center before continuing to the newly completed World War I Memorial along historic Pennsylvania Ave. Your first stop along the National Mall will be a look at the highlights of the Price of Freedom exhibit in the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.

From this point, you will embark on a walking tour of the iconic National Mall from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial. Along your walk, your guide will show you the World War II Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, and the Vietnam War Memorial. You'll learn the stories of these memorials, how they represent those that served and how these icons tie into some of the most important moments in Washington, DC history.

You will finish your tour at the Lincoln Memorial where your guide will tell you the history of this incredible tribute to the 16th President. It is the perfect place to finish your experience with the photo of a lifetime. In just three hours, you will travel from the American Revolution all the way to the modern day and see the larger than life structures honoring the leaders and service members of these conflicts.
