Stop 1: Oyamel Cocina Mexicana Our tour begins with the lively spirit of Mexico. At Oyamel, we'll dive into the world of antojitos, Mexico's "little cravings." You'll be greeted with the legendary Salt Air Margarita and savor a signature small plate that showcases the fresh, authentic ingredients and rich traditions of Mexican cuisine.
Stop 2: China Chilcano Next, we journey to Peru with a stop at China Chilcano. Here, you'll experience a fascinating fusion of Peruvian, Chinese, and Japanese culinary traditions.
