In this exclusive offering, guests will explore four acclaimed restaurants founded by Chef José Andrés, sampling a global array of flavors while walking through the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

A Culinary Experience Like No Other

This 3-hour small-group tour (limited to six guests) invites food lovers and DC travelers to experience the unique flavors of one of the most influential chefs of our time. At each stop, you’ll indulge in curated food and drink pairings, and learn the story behind the restaurants, the chef, and the cuisines.

Tour Highlights

Stop 1: Oyamel Cocina Mexicana — Start off tasting the flavors of Mexico, with a Salt Air Margarita and signature small plate capturing the antojito spirit.
Stop 2: China Chilcano — Experience Peru’s culinary crossroads of Peruvian, Chinese and Japanese traditions; enjoy a Pisco-based cocktail paired with a fusion dish.
Stop 3: Jaleo — Celebrate Spain’s tapas culture, with classic shared plates and a choice of sherry tasting or sangria in the restaurant that launched Chef Andrés’ D.C. dining empire.
Stop 4: Zaytinya — Conclude the tour in the Mediterranean, with mezze inspired by Turkish, Greek and Lebanese kitchens plus a special cocktail in a bright, modern dining space.
Along the walk, guests will pass by the former location of the renowned minibar & barmini (Chef Andrés’ avant-garde venues), hearing insider stories of culinary innovation.
