Weird Georgians

Lauren Gerber and two children arrived for tour right at 9am. They already did the Capitol yesterday. She asked to reverse the tour. I took a moment to think if it was realistic and told her it was not. She was under the impression that the tour included the interior of the Supreme Court and gallery passes. Told guests at the back of the group that she felt it was dishonest to sell the tour without Supreme Court entry. I gave them info on how to see oral arguments, told them I wasn’t trying to push them away but wouldn’t be offended if they decided to go see arguments, and could contact the office if they decided to drop off. For some reason they waited with us in line until 10 am, got inside, and then decided to drop off. I had the Gerber family for Smithsonian hilights on Sunday and jumped jumped through a lot of hoops for them, but it was evident she hadn’t read the description for Smithsonian either.
