Ticket switch

First, I wanted to document that Van Volkhm party never showed for the tour. I sent everyone a text in advance, but I received no response. Ge Bai did come, but left before 3. She said her daughter (maybe 3 or 4) needed lunch and she would meet back up with us at Air & Space. I kept in text contact with her and she ultimately decided not to join us at Air & Space. No reason was given.

The other two parties hung in despite the switched ticket issue, had a great time and tipped well. We finished right on time at 5. Hopefully there won't be complaints, but I wanted to be sure I clarified the situation for future use.
