Missing Guest - Kathleen

10 minutes after start time Claudia pointed out guest no-showed with no response to contact. Guest then messaged "Where are you!!!! We were here at the National Archives at 11:25. And couldn’t find the address you gave us at 400 7th. What’s going on??? Crazy" on Viator. Multiple attempts made to contact guest, no response until 12:07 when guest sent "No response. So disappointed—guess I got scammed.

Customer demanded we refund after multiple times accusing us of not being in contact in spite of responding to our messages. See screenshots attached.
