Mad guest wants refund

Was mad tour was three hours, part of it was outside, and that he had to watch an orientation film at CVC "because he had leg surgery". Left early and wanted a refund since I" forced him to be outside for over an hour in freezing temperatures"

When we began the tour we thought the library of congress was closed and so the tour would be a little bit shorter than normal. But I would lengthen the supreme court and capitol portion. By the time they were getting out of the theater to go on tour, the library of congress had opened and I proceeded with the full normal tour.
