customer called in response to Rett's text about meeting location demanding a refund and upset because they thought they bought timed entry tickets to Air and Space and "can not make it to the office". Yelled at Rett, at which point Rett transferred the call to me (Liam), Customer proceeded to yell over me, claimed we misrepresented things, and demanded a refund. I read out his entire ticket to him from TripAdvisor and asked him what part was misrepresented. He said that he did not read it. I asked "so because you did not read any part of this you believe it is our fault?" he said Yes. I added this is a time for personal responsibility, he said he will "put you out of business" I responded thats great but I doubt it. He then said "you are a fucking asshole" and hung up. I canceled the tour and messaged Viator to not refund.
