Guests Left Tour Early - No Show at Natural History

Order RSXQXKV - guests were 15 minutes late to arrive at the office to start the tour. Once we arrived at Air & Space, they spent 30 minutes on a food/drink break in the Mars Cafe. We didn't start seeing anything until 11:10 AM. The tour at Air and Space finished inside at 11:45, at which point the guests wanted to take an Uber/cab to Natural History. I explained to them that we would be unable to see American History museum if they wanted to spend their remaining time at Natural History. They agreed to see the American History museum on their own time. They offered to have me accompany them in the cab/Uber. I declined for safety and health reasons. I informed them I'd meet them at the giant white stairs at the outside entrance on Madison Dr. I showed them on their phone app where it was. I arrived at 11:56 AM and waited outside until 12:20 PM. They didn't show. I went inside to wait at Henry and then proceeded downstairs to check if they arrived at the Constitution Ave entrance. They didn't show up at either. I left the museum at 12:40 PM with Andrew's permission.
