Call for refund and treat to report to credit card company

Brian Horner called from 609-517-8588 and demanded a refund because they followed a group of people to the wrong location, missed our tour, and because they learns "visiting the capitol is free". I explained the cancelation and booking policy including no refunds for no shows, they said they understand and then said they will file a charge back with their credit card. I explained that will lead to an investigation and we will provide evidence that this is not a legitimate chargeback. They said "I will take my chances"
