Assault

Acting as concierge for afternoon tour. Texted the below number to confirm location for meetup. Tour began with Claudia as guide at 1 with 14 people. I waited at the fountain because there was some question about whether Anne Hegna was on tour. Shortly after the group left 2 LOC employees came out and asked if we were missing a person, and dropped off Anne. She didn’t understand the meeting location and said she’d received no communication and been running around the hill for “an hour.” I told her I reached out to her daughter in law but I guess the memo didn’t reach her, and started leading her towards the group at the court. She grabbed me by the arm and pulled me towards her. Anne insisted there was no instructions on viator. I showed her the texts with her daughter in law and she initially denied that her daughter in law made the reservation and whose phone number that was. She didn’t want to listen to me, and kept ranting at me. She pushed me in the arm several more times. I stepped back and told her, “Do not touch me. Do you want to go on the tour? I can take you to the group or you can go do something else.” She kept getting closer and pushed or grabbed me several more times. At one point she showed me a healing brain surgery scar. She also took a picture of me and said she would call her daughter in law (no answer). I dropped her off with Claudia’s group and went around the corner to call the office. From there I went to Capitol police and told Jerry about the situation. I told him I do not want to press charges for assault at the moment but be aware she is on site and if she attacks someone else, I will be a co-complaintant.
